Administive Assistant

Banff, AB

Wage	$ 25-30 per hour
Hours	4 days per week, Permanent 8 Hour shifts, Monday-Friday, No weekends or statutory holidays, 4 days per week

Description	Our Administrative Assistant position is a link between our customers and our internal teams. This role is responsible for primary customer communication, quoting projects, creation of orders within our digital workflow, ensuring team members are updated on changes and seeing the completed orders are successfully quality-checked, creation and collection of invoices and other general bookkeeping duties. Liaising with suppliers and ordering stock.
Requirements	Bookkeeping experience, accounting techician certificate or 3 to 5 years experience in project management in a similar administrative role within the printing or sign industry. Ability to work within, and be a catylist within a team. Familiarity of the workflow in the print, sign, creative industries and those involving light manufacture. Experience with deadline based projects and workback schedules will be considered an asset. Proficient in Microsoft office suite and quickbooks. Proficiency in the PC environment. Additional experience working in a print shop, sign shop and/or with large format printing equipment a plus. Part of this role is a front-facing customer service role and excellent customer service skills is a must.
Our Ideal Candidate	Our ideal candidate is someone that has been working within the printing or sign industry for several years and is familiar with the daily operation of a shop like ours. This may be someone who has worked in different roles and learned a variety of tasks, but also is a self starter and understands quoting processes, supply-chain, timelines, deadlines and profitability.

Print Equipment Operator

Banff, AB

Wage	$ 24-26 per hour based on experience
Hours	Part Time, Permanent 8 Hour shift, Monday-Friday, No weekends or statutory holidays, 2-3 days per week
Expected hire date	February 2025

Description	Work includes: working with customers to create orders, setup of work orders, file preparation for printing, setup of sheet-fed printers, setup of roll-fed printers (aqueous/eco-solvent). Some finishing tasks. General maintenance of printers. Pre-press and setup of files provided by customers. Some layout and design tasks. Equipment candidate would be responsible for within this role includes Xerox production presses, Epson, Mimaki and Roland large format printers. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements	Graphic design certificate or equivalent experience, proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Proficiency in the PC environment. Must be able to speak and follow written and verbal communications, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Additional experience working in a print shop, sign shop and/or with large format printing equipment a plus. Part of this job will require the ability to load both large and small format printers which will include the handling of heavy media boxes. The ability to lift 50lbs or more will be required.

Graphic Vinyl Installer

Bow Valley and area

Wage	$ 65 per hour Guaranteed minimum 3 hours
Hours	Part time, Contract As needed
Description	As a contract installer you will represent the face of our company in customer settings. Being timely, accurate and efficient in installations, working alone or with other members of our team you will provide the customer with a fantastic experience and finished graphic installation.
Requirements	A demonstrated 3-5 years of graphic installation experience on everything from vehicles to windows and walls. 3M or equivalent certification and/or vehicle installation training. Your own transportation.
Our Ideal Candidate	Someone with several years experience working in the sign and graphics field.
Location	Bow Valley and area This is a contractor position and we will consider applications from within 150Km of Banff.
